i think limewire is still the most used in downloading single tracks but yeah rapidshare and all those sites cant really ever get in trouble because they take down stuff on request..ppl just re-up em though anyway..

no… they cant do a thing stop anyone from downloading.. Not only that but how the hell are they going to do that when no one is no longer using peer 2 peer sharing through Dinosaur apps like Napster or Morpheus. That’s like tha stone age right now.

Those have absolutely nothing todo with someone’s ISP. Put it like this.. Let’s say for instance that they discover a library is downloading illegal content from rapidshare. How tha hell do they track that?.. And what the fuck does that have todo with the ISP?
