Right, yall idiots are the reason budden said F NEW YORK. Yall keep saying its old, yet NONE OF YOU HAVE EVER HEARD IT. Plus the T.O. reference means it can’t be that old. Either way its dope, old or new.
December 8th, 2008 at 6:17 pm
@ #31
For the record:
T.O. has been in the game for 10+ years, so this can be from the 1990s back in his SF days. Just sayin’
December 8th, 2008 at 6:38 pm
damn, this is definitely new. its his new flow, for those of you who don’t keep up wit Jay. anyways, this shit is pure FIRE! he went all the way in, but damn, they tagged the beat up like a fuckin subway train. What type of disrespectful shit is “Los Angeles Leakers” corny as hell, that shit is ruining the industry.
December 8th, 2008 at 7:03 pm
Shit is Fire. Im fuckin with this.
December 8th, 2008 at 7:04 pm
@32….
I feel u but back then he was just know as Terrel Owens. TO didn’t come into play till abut 5 years ago. I say bout his last year in SF.
But I do agree with #31….If none of u ever heard it how can yo say it’s old. I mean that don’t make one lick of sense. Peeps just searchin 4 a reason 2 hate.
December 8th, 2008 at 7:09 pm
Well i kno he played in the league for 10 plus years, but he didn’t start having his attitude and whole persona until the last few years. I doubt he would have mentioned him when he played for SF, or Philly.
December 8th, 2008 at 7:21 pm
yo this shit is hard! this is on the BP3
December 8th, 2008 at 8:30 pm
All those that are saying this old clearly doesn’t listen to Hov. A few clues. He calls himself Young Hov. That is post Blueprint. He says “Yes” a few times. That is something he definitely started around Kingdom Come. So, even if it was around that time, it is still after everyone said he changed, so be happy he can go to that flow when he wants to. And anyway, do you really believe he would have been sitting on this type of heat for 3+ years? It would have been leaked by now, just like this is leaked. This was clearly done for the biggie movie.
December 8th, 2008 at 9:28 pm
This the funniest shit on here in a while. Niggas on here trying to figure if its some dope OLD shit or if its NEW bullshit. This gots to be a first. Hov, you damned if you do, and damned if you dont. Wooow
December 8th, 2008 at 9:29 pm

December 8th, 2008 at 10:09 pm

December 8th, 2008 at 10:12 pm

December 8th, 2008 at 11:41 pm

December 9th, 2008 at 4:08 am

BK BRAWLER COMMENT #2. Look some of yall get it but some of yall just dumb!!!! If Dr. Dre put out Detox after workin on it for 10 yrs you know some of those songs maybe a few yrs old… if its hot you gonna be trippin like this hot but ahhhh aint it old!!!! Yall some NERDS!!!!!!!
December 9th, 2008 at 11:24 am
Why are yall gettin in your feelings because certain people dont like the song? We don’t all have to agree. I swear some of yall niggas are too emotional. Just cause you don’t like it, don’t mean you hatin.
December 10th, 2008 at 8:54 am
this is new, off that notorious soundtrack, its jay-z new flow, how he stretches his words out to fill the bar.
December 10th, 2008 at 12:48 pm
Yo Hov is a genius. This nigga got everybody fooled thinkin this is a old track and it’s really just studio magic. Hov never had no deep voice like that. Ya’ll must not oen Reasonable doubt! This track was dope feel like a old BK banger. LOL
December 11th, 2008 at 1:58 am
fuckin dumb shits…. from my comment (12) all the way to 51 (and a lil mention of it in 23) no one got a fuckin clue. This is a new track recorded for the notorious album
December 12th, 2008 at 2:58 am
Okay. Jay-Z is THE ONLY rapper I’ve gotten excited about in the last 8 years. Just because something is surfacing for the first time DOES NOT mean it is a new recording. I’m a Jay EXPERT if there could be such a thing and I have a very hard time beliveing this was recorded post 2005.
If you think it’s a new recording you probably haven’t been waiting like I have for the last 2(ish) years for something like this to finally come out and be new. This is the flow every hov fan wants to hear again, and he’s been repeatedly disappointing. He’s still witty, still got crazy lines, but his flow and pitch are definitely far different from the old Jay.
Old Jay is ‘96 to about ‘04, maybe ‘05
New Jay is ‘06 to present
I’d put $10,000 on the hunch that this was recorded in before 2006. The sad part? I’D LOVE TO BE WRONG, PLEASE BE BACK HOV, PLEASE GIVE US AN ANSWER IN THE FORM OF ANOTHER DOPE JIGGA TRACK, AND MORE AFTER THAT!
