Kanye wanted to sign them, but they made the power move to pharrell’s star trak imprint. These guys are as funky and refreshing to my generation as Steely Dan was to my pop's. I mean, whats cooler then some cool ass white dudes who are down with every genre of music, and make music that everybody can appreciate? I’ve seen them live twice, and they’re phenomenal; the two were born to rock crowds. they had the entire mid-sized venue on their feet, jamming out to their set when they opened for N*E*R*D in Toronto.Ii even saw the most hood dudes bopping a little bit!
