Rosenberg Round Table Discussion – Arab Money

Since the chorus is mocking the arabic language (it’s not actually arabic or any language for that matter), in a sensitive world, yes, Arab Money is racist.  With that said, I didn’t think much of it and I wouldn’t call it racist.

We all know that this is racist and if a white rapper came out saying “i’m gettin black people money” with a hook talking southern slang we would be all saying its racist.

  2. ....................... Says:

    ^^^^^^^^^^ ????????????????

Jus for clearity, are we talkin bout the original or remix? cause I was told (I don’t understand or speak it) the remix contained verses fronm the Quran(sic?)

Either way though its not too bad but if someone is offended they should be addressed and if enough are the song should be pulled from radio to not force people to listen to it (it can stay on the album though!) but … that kinda makes sense and is too simple…lol!

At the end of the day IMO its the point of it and he wasn’t tryin to play out the arabs… plus it seems a few of them sold out so… it ain’t nothin new and people still don’t care so it’ll happen again sooner than later!

  5. Mr. Matrix Says:

In My Opinion, The Remix Just Destroyed The Whole Thing. It’s Ok To Have Fun Saying ” WE GETTIN ARAB MONEY”. But When You Involve Religions Saying And Talking Vulgar, Thats Where The Line Should Be Drawn.

  6. vigorous Says:

    1.BLACK PEOPLE ARE NOT RACIST

2.IF WE ARE, WE’RE ALLOWED TO BE RACIST

yeh a white person cant say that shit; but black people can

    close thread

  7. RBGdUP Says:

ON SOME REAL SHIT, NONE OF THIS WOULD BE A PROBLEM IF THIS DUMBASS NIGGA BUSTA DIDN’T DECIDE TO USE THIS RECORD AS HIS FIRST SINGLE. I MEAN, IT WAS GETTING CRAZY BUZZ ON THE STREETS, IT WAS ALREADY KILLING THE CLUBS, BUT C’MON…YOUR SINGLE!?? GTFOH, SECONDLY, THE REMIXES ARE OVERKILL, ESPECIALLY TRYNA MAKE IT MORE POLITICALLY CORRECT, BUT JUST MAKING IT MORE OFFENSIVE. TO ALL THE NOI AND FOI BROTHERS AND SISTERS OUT THERE, C’MON, IF YOU DON’T KNOW ARABIC, OR SHIT ABOUT THE ARAB CULTURE, DON’T BE A MUSLIM. I MEAN JUST BECAUSE MALCOLM WAS A MUSLIM DOESN’T MEAN ISLAM IS THE RELIGION OF SELF-AWARENESS AND REVOLUTION. THATS JUST BACKWARDS!

  8. FrontTailPenis Says:

True story, it seems all the arabs that migrate out of their birth country seem to be successful, especially as entrepreneurs. Its because they work together to build healthy and productive businesses and its like second nature for them to do cross promotion. And he didn’t change it probly bcaz that’s the only thing he knew in arab and thought these same guys might ask for money some where down the line If the song blew. You fraid of paper work? Simple… you pay a translator to translate a few words and get a receipt lol. They dnt need to know why you need it and they dnt own rights to the words. The song is wack tho and it loss more points caz now I know at it meanz. You need the job done you call a professional, ya dig? Lol. now the main audience he tryna attract is indifferent to the track, and the other audience is pissed *smh* and he still makin remixes *SMMFH* how do you say stop and think in dumbfuck? Im scared of niggaz like that

  9. FrontTailPenis Says:

cudnt he face lawsuits for this? and #7 was that ish really killin the clubs? <_<….. i cant find him anywhere on the charts

  10. County Of Kings Says:

i always felt that the remix was offensive, the second i heard it i had to turn it off it sounds bad. and lets be clear i’m not even hard body muslim like that, my fam is but i’m not, shit i love pepperoni on my pizza sorry. but i’m only 21, still tryin to live a good life and maybe when i get older and wiser i will become more religous. but still that shit made me feel some kinda way when i first heard it. then i was surprised so many rappers signed up to be on that, dont they have pr people and advisors especially diddy.
if somebody came out singin about gettin nigga money and had a bunch of stereotypes we would hate it.
i work wit retards for a livin, am i gettin retard money? yes, would i say that on a song, hell no
    busta should know better

  11. Boston Man Says:

    #1 is right.

#6 is a dumb ass nigger.

The way they said “Arab” in the chorus on the remix is the correct way to say it. The way they said it on the original version is what the N word is to blacks.

  12. 2cents Says:

Point is “niggaz” and “money” don’t match in folks minds! The jewish money line would be more appropriate and quietly I think even though jews will fight once a statemnet like that is made public (like 50 and the lawyer comments) they are privately gloating that they are a power base… unforetunately “niggaz” still don’t use their greatest commodity… MAN POWER!
