so in other words they can’t be that rich cause the banks are obviously not making an exception. wow i never hought i would hear the day that a “supposed” half a billionaire can’t get a “loan” from a bank. I use to work in one so ts hard to believe that man really has that much if his money is guarenteed and he and his fellow investors can’t get a loan. They probably bought the land with a loan as well.lol. I guess you can’t believe everything you read without the “solid” proof. Such as bank statements or income tax returns. I feel lied to jigga, i thought he said he was recession proof, guess not.

to answer a question that was asked earlier on why don’t they fund it themselves, it’s because you get rich off of using other peoples money. Rule number one is never put your own money up when you are at that level. The reason you have your cash and reserves is so that you can borrow against it to try to make more money and put yourself with less risk as possible. If the business your starting up goes belly up then you pay the bank back in increments and not lose your whole stack at one time.
