I wanna gain mad weight,I’m getting way too skinny in a T.I. kind of way.
Mind you I’ve never been that skinny,it’s just that lately I haven’t been eating right.

Eat foods that are very high in protein. Protein is the building blocks for muscle. However make sure you drink ALOT of water. Water helps clean out your system, stay cut and plus when you’re on high protein diet you’re more susceptible to kidney stones. Beyond that do heavy weights and less reps and then when u wanna get really cut, do light weights and more reps.
I’m not trying to get in shape or be cut,I’m just trying to gain a lot of lbs.
And specifically what food would you recommend that’s high in protein?
