there is no way in the world that 3000 could ever be considered overated. his weaker verses > most rappers best. big boi was very good and underated. its just andre was the poet and far more charismatic (see wu-tang).

i could live with someone saying that 3000 was the best rapper or the best ever. from a fan’s perspective, 3000 does not make enough material. which is a gift and a curse. it’s said when his music production output is easily surpassed by the likes of wayne, jim jones ect(not a diss). but hey, i have always been QUALITY over QUANTITY anyway.

in regards to him saying wayne is good, they are “in pocket” now and they making money and songs together. only bi-polar rappers like game or joe budden would say something different and i like both. besides, wayne been praising 3000 HARD for years.
