  9. hahaha Says:

    thank you

  10. Hi Hater! Says:

    Sorry, I meant co-sign #6…not #3

  11. C. Franco Says:

    Why is RTNY the #1 spot for Soulja Boy fans on the internet? Why do you support this wack shit, Nigel? Let’s talk about when SB gave a shout out to slave masters before we give him props for making money off one of the most ignorant songs ever.

  12. h2 Says:

    If you gonna post a lot of positive things about SB then you also have to post things about him if he mess up. That slave master comment was one of the most ignorant things I’ve heard in a long time. But Realtalk didn’t make a topic about that whatsoever. That should’ve been under the “STOP THE MADNESS”….and please don’t delete this post

  13. C. Franco Says:

    ^^ I agree. Don’t get me wrong — I enjoy this blog a lot. I just don’t get why certain rappers get any attention at all on here. Realtalkny is keeping this wack fuck alive.

  14. mateo Says:

    i respect the hustle. i cant really get into the music but then again we are not the demographic he is trying to reach. and before you talk about the slave master comment you need to read soulja boy’s side of the story. find it for yourself, since you want to speak on things you dont fully understand. that is ignorance

  15. M. Burmy Says:

    If Pac & Big were still alive…Soulja Boy would STILL be working at Burger King.

  16. h2 Says:

    @mateo

    It seems like you dont fully understand. When SB made that ignorant comment it should’ve been a topic. His side of the story came 6 days later.

  17. Ignite Mindz Says:

    respect his hustle? shit his hustle aint nothing compared to mine or 95 percent of MCs who work full time, spend mad time on their verses and then drive hours to a show running only on red bull and coffee to pour their heart out for a crowd of 30. get the fuck out of here with that. hell yeah im bitter

  18. Oboy345 Says:

    Soulja Boi…..The most successful circus clown since Bozo…props I guess…..on second thought, fuck him!

  19. nik Says:

    The young man is seventeen and has a lot of years to learn and grow, not only as a rapper or within the industry, but also a young man into a man. Yeah he’s going to do A LOT of dumb and wrong things, so be around to check him, not try to tear him down out of jealousy.

    I feel differently about SB because he is getting a lot thrown on him so soon, however unlike a lot of other rappers, he seems ready to take on the responsibility and take his bumps and bruise. Honorable.

    A lot of you sound very bitter because your lives are not like his. Take a look at what YOU are doing wrong to not get better results, everyone doesn’t get it the same way and at the same time doing the same thing, period.

    Also, the negativity you THINK you are throwing at Souljah Boy is only coming right back to you and festering in you. “If it’s on your mind then it’s in your heart.”

  21. D Says:

    ^ I don’t know about you, but at 18 I was a grown ass man, stop making excuses for his ignorant behaviour, when the fact of the matter is, he’s just another ignorant mufucka that worked the system and got some money.

  22. D Says:

    And his cop-out “it was a joke” response, was weak

  23. Swap Says:

    You’re supposed to be able to criticize anyone without being labeled a hater or jealous or whatever. I’m not a hater nor Am I jealous of Soulja Boy but I’m not a fan of his music and he makes plenty of insane statements and I see nothing wrong with speaking your mind when someone in the public eye say/do something I disagree with. IMO His music sucks big time and I can’t understand why this dude has so many fans….yeah c’mon call me a hater.

  24. ERF Says:

    @21 “D”

    You may have thought you were grown, and im not sure how old you are now but you cant tell me that at the age of 18 you knew everything that you know now. that you make the same teenage mistakes that you made when you were a teenager. thats what that comment was about.

    he is only 18 and he is going to make 18 year old mistakes. the same way most of us did if we didnt have people to guide u in the right direction

    put yourself in his shoes. think when you were 18 and you had millions of dollars at one time and just was getting paid 200 dollars not long ago, im sure you would make some stupid decisions. i dont like the dude music, but i do believe because he is so young some of his decisions will be off

  25. D Says:

    @23

    “hating” is reverse psychology

    If you don’t want anyone to criticize you for anything, say “I’m not worried bout the Haters”

    That way automatically, any criticism of you is automatically viewed as being “hate” or coming from a “hater”

  26. nik Says:

    @ SWAP

    How does it benefit you to criticize anyone?

    More specifically someone you don’t know who didn’t ask your advice. It benefits you more to have goodwill toward people even if it hurts you to your soul at first (as it does to the hater in a person). In the end good can only come from good.

    Just the actual factuals.

  27. LatinKing Says:

    That’s cool. At least he is honest. Unlike C.O. RICK ROSS…..Ricky Rossy Most Bossy Baby LOL
