This actually happened in Montreal, Quebec (CAN). So his accent is coming from that area of canada.

Let me go through a little translation for you.

The old man WASN’T saying that G.W.Bush was an asshole, he was actually saying that OBAMA was. He also said that black people are assholes, that he would be able to take them down in less than 5 min and that they [black peeps] all descendant from monkeys. He then proceed by telling Joe and his friend to take it outside so he [the old man] would be able to bust their heads out. But one of Joe’s guy was saying to let that go, that old man is dumb and full of shit. So when Joe started counting the old drunken man thought that he was going to fight one of them up so he skipped and run outside, but Joe just threw his drink @ him.

So basically to summarize all this shit, the OLD MAN was being a racist, ignorant fuck, provoking them by calling them “assholes, motherfuckers, monkeys, etc” so that he [the old guy] would be able to beat [joe & his friends] up.
