- just because you think this new album will not be “good music” in your eyes, doesn’t mean it wont be good in others.
Kanye obviously wants to broaden his fan base, not appease your idea of what rap should be.
His beats are obviously not generic because no one has used the 808’s or the auto tune in this way before, and hes still coming out with a regular album early next year so shut up and deal with it.

Those in the “hood” aren’t buying the cds anyways, so why make more music for them. Kanye is gonna make music so he can broaden his fan base and increase popularity.

Flashing Lights, I Wonder, Champion, and Homecoming all are terrific. I like the production on Late Registration but at times I feel like he got a little to complex for his own good but I suspect that was Jon Brion’s influance since he didn’t work that much on Graduation.

out of the three albums Graduation doesnt get no love from me… U think Graduation had some of the best production since chronic? Can u point out those tracks for me?

Now if u said late registration then thats another matter..

But anyway u cant just judge an album on its production soley, are you tellin me that if u had just ONE pick that u would choose Graduation over college dropout or late registration? Give me an honest answer to that lol

Late Registration and Graduation both had better production then College Dropout. I don’t think the lyrics on Graduation where as good as his previouse 2 albums but I think it has some of the best production I’ve heard since The Cronic 2001 and which gave it the most replay ablity then anything else he’s done.

#1 College dropout
#2 late registration
#3 Graduation

Also the “decline” in quality of Kanye’s albums is an opinion non a “FACT”. Personally I think the quality of his work has increased from album to album.

This is totally different from Pink it was her lables decision to package her as a R&B act not hers then once she estapished herself in the industry she was able to make the music that she wanted to. Kanye on the other hand has let his natural evolution as an artist guide his music to where it is now. If you listen to Graduation songs like “I Wonder”, “Flashing Lights” and “Drunk and Hot Girls” lade the ground work for what he’s done on this album. Whether you like the tracks you’ve heard or not everyone should respect his artist integrity to do what he wants instead of caturing to an audiance.
