T.I.’s, “Paper Trail,” Debuts #1 With 568,000 Records Sold

T.I. earns his third straight No. 1 on The Billboard 200 as “Paper Trail” debuts at the top this week. The rapper earns his biggest sales week ever with the Grand Hustle/Atlantic set, which moved 568,000 copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan, which is also the third-biggest sales frame of the year.

Jennifer Hudson debuted with 217k while Robin Thicke sold 137k. T.I. always delivers and this album is worth a purchase.

    GO TI. Congrats to him. Well deserved. Jennifer Hudson did well & Robin Thicke also. Congrats to all. TI definitely has bonefided HITS on his CD.

    well well well, i think this is PROOF that their is no Correlation between record sales and the recession… If an album is laced with hits then people will go out and purchase it…

    LL floped coz no one wantd to her that sh#t no mo lol

    And to the west coast this to me shows that The Game isnt as big as u think..

    T.I. album is 10x better then the carter 3 album. Wayne is sooooooooo overrated. Carter 3 any has 2 good tracks on it.
