I agree w/ Southcak/#6…except i would put Big Boi before Luda.
NO ONE in ATL, and most people in the game PERIOD are not seeing Andre 3000. He’s def in my top 5 best MC’s. TI doesn’t light a torch to Andre 3000, but he is a cool rapper. Everyone can’t be the best…lol.
If this was an overall dirty south list, Scarface would be in my top 3. I guess Washington, DC isn’t really considered the South, so I’ll leave it at that.
