WOW Great documentary but I’m a little taken back to see how they completely forgot to mention damon dash or kareem Biggs Burke it’s like ever since the split they’re erasing them from the history of rocafella . . .that lexus gs that foxy spoke of was actually a gift from dame, the money they brought to kevin liles and others in duffle bags was actually Bigg’s dough it’s funny how history has the ablity to change itself

damn this documentary is sick. where can i DOWNLOAD THIS? i need this in my archives. This is exactly the way i view Reasonable Doubt. It becomes sicker every year i listen. every movie i watch. its just insane. American Gangster kinda gets me in a similar mood. its not as in depth but jay just expresses a lot of feeling. But what made Reasonable Doubt a classic is exactly what jay said ” The songs had no format, i was just rappin, didnt even have hooks i just spit verses” Thats what a album should be FUCK A SINGLE OR FORMAT. Just spit that crack… RIP classic albums.

@ #12-My comment was directed at #3 NOT Big L lol!!! What I’m sayin is if you wasn’t in NYC from late 93′ to 99 then you don’t really understand the impact that Reasonable Doubt had on some people. Hov said it-some people at first really didn’t get it…but if you was a NYC scrambler…that album plus Ready To Die, 36 Chambers…those were the soundtrack to the movement.
