Paper Trail and C3 are neck and neck imo. T.I. got a little more to talk about and we all know what hes been through and what hes facing. The nigga did it to himself so he not a victim by any means but its a little more substance in the album.
I said the shit is borderline classic. Hes gonna end up doing like 1.5 at least, maybe 2 mill. Album is full of singles and will get radio play everywhere. I’m coppin it today.

Paper Trail should be up there and Untitled.
Just copped Paper Trail. I ain’t one to buy a lot of albums maybe two or times a year. Overall Paper Trail is pretty good and definitely must get. Dead and Gone with Justin Timberlake is a hot track cause I can relate to it. He got a good mix of songs to fit your mood.

p*per trail had carter 3 formula should have been. Lil Weasel isn’t smart enough to carry it out and execute it but he has enough raw talent to keep us interested in a lukewarm climate. TI is a very smart man so he executed that album better but he is not better than wayne. So because the albums are so mediocre from both artist who proclaim to be the “greatest” in whatever space they pretend to be in in words on a song than carter 3=paper trail…TI should sell well though but not wayne lik numbers. The key word was “thus far” and in my humble opinion I think that this is the best hip-hop album of the year to date, maybe Blueprint 3 or 808s and Heartbreak will be better, but they haven’t dropped yet. Only time will tell, but as of right Paper Trail and Untitled are the best hip-hop albums that I’ve heard this year

It’s a classic. It is one of the best hip hop albums of the year. It goes there with Nas, Ice Cube, and GZA. There was NO filler. He did take it from T.I. vs. T.I.P. to another level to the douchebag who said he didn’t. AZ had a good album too. I also felt Bun B’s album, but a lot of albums just were not as good as this.

im not a TI fan but i must admit Paper Trail is nice. His best album so far; it aint album of the year tho.C3 is ok and i think jeezy could’ve done better. I actually got an advanced copy of Paper Trail…I was disappointed. I really only liked about 3 or 4 songs. I was expecting some HEAT…didnt get it. Especially after what the brother had been going through. Same with Jeezy album…he killed it on a mixtape I heard but the album was not all that….

So far this year man its a tough call but its not Carter 3 i tell you that much…Nas came hard, Jeezy came Hard, i havent heard the Game,and TIP came hard…but out of those 3 all of them are so completely different that i cant really pick which one is the best. I would say its outta Nas and TI, but Jeezy shit will prolly play in my whip more. Nas shit is so dope cuz i feel he nailed the concept to a certain degree and delivered on lyrics. TI shit is dope cuz he spread it out and all the songs are good but he just didnt have enough gangsta shit on there to put it on Jeezy level but the songs are all good songs just not G songs, but thats understandable with his situation.
But “ready for whatever” and “whats up,whats haapnenin” hold that cd down he just should have added one or 2 more and his shit would be classic….but with all that said I still dont know lol…American Gangster is still the best cd to come out since its release neither one of these or anybody elses comes close
