That 10 15 year ago comment is real talk. You keep pumping the same product in a growing market youll eventually get passed over like NY rap.

We all know rap is like everything else now, it aint about how nice you are its about marketing. If you keep giving the same 5-10 dudes the album/marketing budget itll put new rappers against a wall and on a shelf for years. Thats why Joell Ortiz left aftermath he saw it coming.

I’ll be supporting this nigga…BK let’s go. However, I don’t like “the why are we still talking bout 10/16 yr ago rappers” talk. Because it’s coming off as a hater because he’s minimizing the ability / talent of a few artist that’s capable staying relevant.

Niggas are putting out good music…unless rappers are owning radio stations, and entire music labels, along with their own distribution company, then niggas must be doing something right to stay relevant.
