I had Common on Sound Session this week when he was in town with N.E.R.D. for their tour (which I definitely recommend y’all check out when it’s in your city). We talked all about his upcoming Universal Mind Control album, his creative process working with the Neptunes, his upcoming acting roles, his classic catalog, the presidential election, and much more.

    I saw Common on Saturday in Berkeley and the show was amazing. If anyone can link the freestyle he did, that would be great, ’cause that shit blew my mind.
