Stop The Madness: Kid Suspended for Wearing Anti-Obama Shirt
Daxx Dalton, a fifth grader at Aurora Frontier K-8 School in Aurora, Colo., wore the homemade shirt on a day when students were asked to show their patriotism by wearing red, white and blue, according to MyFOXColorado.com. When he was given the choice of turning the shirt inside out or being suspended, Dalton chose suspension.
“They’re taking away my right of freedom of speech,” he said. “If I have the right to wear this shirt I’m going to use it. And if the only way to use it is get suspended, then I’m going to get suspended.”

Ok, I’M BLACK! And I see nothing wrong with this, beside the terrorist part. I think the school did the most reasonable action. If the shirt just said “Anti-Obama” there;s absolutely nothing wrong with it, thats his freedom of speech and yes i’m for Obama 08′.
On the flip side, its funny cause Obama’s plan is to help the blue-collar workers(middle-class and lower), and im probably 95.5% sure that this boys family is lower than middle-class. But wait….he’s black….I forgot…lol, IT DONT MATTER HOW EDUCATED YOU ARE, B.S., MBA, Ph.D, graduated from one of the top schools in the cot damn country(Harvard),or how experienced you are,… you JUST cant do it because his FUCKIN” skin color is a couple shades darker than the white persons.

The school rules are stated clearly…If an article of clothing is deemed to be disruptive then there’s a problem. Im sure if another kid came to school wearing a “McCain is a terrorist” t-shirt that kid would have gotten the same treatment.
Its interesting that Fox News is trying to make this out to be a Freedom of Speech/Expression violation but we all know that in schools particularly middle and high school, kids have very few rights. They can search your lockers and other private belongings for any to no reason.
There was a highschool kid in Alaska a couple years ago who got suspended because he made a “Bong hits for Jesus” sign and hung up up near his school. Two girls in middle school got suspended last year for wearing t-shirts that had condoms taped on them (promoting safe sex)….All these things while they may be an expression of some overall message are deemed disruptive and the school has rightful duty to deal with it as they see fit.

This boy’s father clearly put him up to this. First of all what does I 5th grader “really” know about politics?…Nothing. I’m sure he came home from school and told his father that they could wear red, white, and blue and his father said “wear this”. This kid’s father fells a certain way about Obama which is okay because every adult is entitled to their own opinion but he shouldn’t FORCE his ideals on his son when he is too young to even understand.
