Fusion Promotions, LLC, a multi-dimensional marketing and promotions company committed to providing unique and memorable experiences, has partnered up with KISS 97.3 for the hottest concert event of the year. The Takeover III will be held on Sunday, September 21st at the Journal Pavilion in Albuquerque NM.

Ticket holders will experience an entire day filled with musical performances by the biggest names in Hip-hop and R&B music including, Ludacris, The Game, David Banner, Paul Wall, Lil Flip, Play*N*Skillz, Baby Bash, Frankie J, Gemini, Color Blind and music legends Slick Rick and the Sugar Hill Gang to name a few. The Takeover Concert III will also have a secondary stage with performances by popular local and regional artists including Down and Rob G.

For the third straight year Dallas K104 and former KISS 97.3 Midday DJ, Julio G and well-known radio producer Damian Barth have organized “The New Mexico Takeover Concert Series” through their promotions company Fusion Promotions, LLC. The childhood friends founded the company in 2003 to utilize the skills and knowledge learned throughout their radio careers to produce unique and creative events.

“When I was younger, I remember many of the tours that I wanted to see never came through New Mexico, said Damian Barth, President at Fusion Promotions, LLC. “Now we have the chance to create one of the biggest events; normally only seen in cities like New York, and Los Angeles and bring it to New Mexico.”

“Our vision is to offer something unique and exciting to the community that I grew up in, said Julio G, K104 DJ and Vice President at Fusion Promotions, LLC. “This is our 3rd annual TakeOver Concert and we’re excited to be bringing a lil piece of hip-hop to New Mexico.

In addition, Fusion Promotions, LLC is executing an unique marketing promotion for the Take Over Concert Series. They have hired Enchantment Helicopters to take their event information to the sky and have a Takeover helicopter fly around New Mexico. TakeOver helicopters will be out nightly at dusk up until the day of the event armed with a secret code word – which can be text messaged over to 505-559-3165 for your chance to win tickets to the New Mexico Takeover III.

Fusion Promotions, LLC has established an impressive history of producing successful concerts including the 2007 and 2006 “New Mexico TakeOver Concert Series” events. Last year’s concert featured performances from T.I., Fabolous, T-Pain, DMX, Baby Bash, Naughty By Nature, Too Short and C.L. Smooth. The TakeOver 1 featured performances from Ice Cube, Busta Rhymes, DMX, Fat Joe, The Terror Squad, Kurupt, and Chamillionaire to name a few.
