LL Cool J Decided Against Using Various Tracks With 50 For Exit 13

LL Cool J has scrapped a whole album of 50 CENT tracks because he didn’t want his new release to sound like he was copying the G-Unit mastermind. After months of working on tracks with 50 Cent, the rap veteran took only the best cuts and went solo.

He says, “I’m not releasing the album he and I were working on. I took a few songs for (new album) Exit 13 and scrapped the rest. “That’s due to the fact that I don’t think people want to hear me rhyming like 50.”

To me LL fell off since 2004. His lyrics are trash. He should just stick to acting. LL new album gonna FLOP. Nelly new album is gonna flop too he released 5 videos aint nobody checking for him.

yea thats a good move for LL becuz 50cent brand is starting to wear thin on people and he woulda got no 50 love, and all the 50 hate.
he should holla at the boy kanye, that will get him where he wanna be. and if he is a hiphop purist he’ll love kanyes creativity and sight on an LL product. that would be interesting

i love LL… he a all time favorite.. but lets be real… if T.O.S(g-unit) had sold a couple million, he would have put out the album with 50..

its all business.. used to be more but thats all it is now!
