He either had guns or drugs or both in the bag. Its better to leave it at the hotel but he may feel he needs the drugs to perform at this point. Why not let him through with the bag; and check everyone else in his entourage if you care about the 5K audience members so much?

I’ve been lucky enough to attend certain events and see how some stars are treated behind closed doors and they could have accomodated him for a venue this size.

P.S. Just about all stars are Diva’s on some level. Especially if they sell over a million records lol.
