An NYC Cop Testifies Lil Wayne Had An Illegal Gun On His Tour Bus
A police officer said Monday she saw rapper Lil Wayne with a gun on his tour bus last year after a concert. In a bedroom at the rear of the bus, Hornung said, Lil Wayne was sitting on a bed in his underwear and trying to hide a bag. While he got dressed, she said, she looked inside the bag and found a loaded .9mm handgun.
The 25-year-old rapper, whose real name is Dwayne Carter, was in court for the hearing. He is free on $70,000 bail. He has pleaded not guilty to illegal gun possession, which is punishable by up to four years in prison upon conviction.
If he didn’t sell 2 million records he would probably end up doing time like Prodigy, I don’t see him getting locked up.
