the album is alright same level as King and TI vs TIP. TI always has good lyrics and decent wordplay but his topic selection just wasn’t good this album. There is nothing memorable about the album, good for a few plays:
Stand Out Tracks:
I’m Illy, No Matter What, What Up Whats Happenin, Swagga Like Us, Slide Show, & You Aint Missin Nothin
Horrible Tracks
Porn Star, Swing Ya Rag
Rest of the Album Ranges from Alright to Slightly Above Average
No doublt ima support my nigga. Us fellow stand up guys gotta support eachother. Let the nerds hate. I agree I dont care for that swing ya rag shit. But this album is fire.
im from london in the uk, a cd cost 50p to make t.i. Ablum would go on retail for 10 sterling pounds (which equates to almost 20 u.s. Dollars wow lol).. What benifit would i achieve from purchasing a product which is ridiculously over priced????
That would be a waste of my money lol…
I look at buyin an album from a particular artist the same way i look at whether i give money to a begger… If i percieve that the begger is goin to use the money to support an addiction whether to drugs or drink then that begger isnt getting my money..
I no longer buy albums of artist who over indulge in a materalistic lifestyle without giving back to their community.
For instance why would i buy a young buck album, i dont want to support his coke habbit..
If im goin to put money into a particular artist pocket then i need to know that they are havin a positive influnce on our community.. For example brooklyns own Talib Kweli..
In 98 talib kweli brought the first black store in brooklyn called The Nikiru bookstore which was on the verge of closure.. Today its The Nikiru Centre for Education and Cultrue which improves literacy through seminars, workshops, lectures and book clubs.
I know when i purchase a talib kweli album then in some way im investing into something positive.
I see my buyin of albums as investing in artist.. If me purchasing an immortal technique album means he can continue to make positive music then i wil do so.
I dont want to come across as like obama but i believe we can make the change.. If everyone started buyin albums from artist who only make positive music (common, talib, immortal technique etc) then aspiring rap artist will do the same. Which wil be benifical to our community..

I been saying this shit. If a album is hot, go support it. If its not then let it take up hard drive space for a limited time only.
