CI is one of the most underated rappers out. PERIOD.
he is always humble and show love to other rappers….. regardless. but yeah man, wayne is rated a bit tooooooo high. he is cool. but his lyrics could be surpased by so many other rappers. but hey, that is besides the point. CI needs a few radio songs to get out to the “disenfranchised” listens out there. actually, i am not sure if he could dumb his music down for the radio audience.
