ok let me put this out there for ppl who must have forgot. remember when chris childs(nyk) chin checked kobe? twice! never happened to jordan. jordan did more with less.(n e one heard from luc longley,bill wennington,jud buchler,randy brown,james edwards) and a whole bunch of other random sorry dudes got rings. some of these guys were starters and 8th,9th,10th players. imagine if jordan ever had a center(pao gasol,andrew bynum) not to mention the other position players the bulls teams had that don’t match up with the lakers from last year,who lost by 50. no comparison.

If MJ never existed there would never have been a KOBE.

Kobe thinks that offense is a cover all.

Jordan never had a star player on his team besides Pippen and he helped him improve his game because before playing with MJ no oneknew who Pippen was.

Jordan made everyone around him better because of his defense and his hard work.

thank you.. i mean at some point, there has to be more respect to tha game and what jordan meant to tha game. They do that shit every year during the finals because they have nothing else that will cause people to turn on their TV screens. Luckily this past year there was enough star power for people to watch. but proably since 2004 or so there hasnt been really a reason to watch the finals let alone someone you would say ” I gotta see it ” - ” Can’t Miss it ”

Jordan defined those moments in basketball and in sports general. In fact every single time i Hear/See someone trying to compare him to anyone i always pay homage and respect (no homo) because Jordan meant everything to tha game and life growing up in that time period.

Jordan made his bone in a league that was all about defense blood, sweat and tears literally. If you took it to the hole you was gonna expect to get hurt if you did not earn that respect. Players from now and day are soft you touch them and they are screaming foul and crying to the referees they lack mental toughness. I would like to see a Kobe, Mcgrady, Vince Carter, Wade and etc. take it to the hole strong against those 80’s and 90’s Pistons, Knicks, Celtics teams to see how are they gonna react after they get low-bridged in mid air a few times and see if they gonna have heart to continue going to the hole. The only reason people say the game is in another level offensively is because you hardly got guys playing defense and if you take it to the hole and get touched it’s a foul. Jordan DOMINATED when you had to be tough to play the game.

Jordan should have never commented on this. Each generation has their own MJ, Dr. J, Kobe, Shaq, and LeBron.
