Da Brat Gets Three Years In Jail
A DeKalb County judge sentenced rapper Da Brat to three years in prison Friday for striking a woman with a rum bottle at an Atlanta-area nightclub. Harris entered a guilty plea to aggravated assault.
The victim, a waitress at the club, had to be hospitalized after being struck by Harris, and Flake said the woman suffered permanent facial scarring.

Do the crime and you got to pay the time. You have to control your temper and not going hitting people with bottles. A rum bottle to the face is a vicious move so jail time should of been expected.

The moral of the story is: Shell out on a good lawyer, and you’ll get away with anything. If you’re only a marginal celeb, you’ll get the book thrown at you!

R. Kelly and Michael Jackson got away with statutory rape.
