killer mike is one of the good southern rappers. the dude is pretty intelligent too.

even though he nice, i do not think he can go line for line with big boi. albumwise, he might be able to make a better hip hop album now since big boi will be forced to go commerical to move numbers.

dunno about his situation with big boi. it sounds personal. i just dont see the logic of big boi not wanting to drop him off the purple ribbon label. it is not like the dude was going to ever do 2004 usher numbers or something. if anything, the whole thing was a tax write off at best.

dude was right about 50 cent. 50 would have got his money back. no questions.

i’ve always been a big fan, and i wont turn my back on him now
big boi coulda made his story sound like he punched him and made himself sound like a big man. but he said na some other nigga snuffed mike, i just stood there while guns were drawn and a mele popped off
mike tryin to go the educated route and psychologically get at him. it sounded good, but i do believe he got rocked once or twice. he human just like everybody else
i would like to hear a battle though, i would boost bigboi current album status, and it would let me start listening to killer mike cuz he never been that appealing to me

i don’t even care abt their beef to be honest but how killer mike gonna compare big boi song with mary to his on a wax on wax battle for real.. at least take big boi lil 16 on royal flush…

plus if you really wanna battle put out two mixtapes or freestyles. i mean that’s what jay and nas ultimately turned to if you take away takeover and ether (which in my opinion is one of the best dis tracks ever.. that’s why when ppl get played we still say he got “ethered”)

Big Boi goes way back, i have much respect to his music, Southernplaya…. is still my shit. But Killer mike been made a name for himself. I wish this shit would go away and the good ole days were here, but I doubt that will happen any time soon.

Listening to Killas album, I think he can lyrically take Big Boi. Hell long before the recent album he was killin it. Celebrity status, Big boi takes that.

All that aint no beef in the south shit been over stated and straight up been a lie. Plenty of beef in the south. Especillay now. Most of it is silly shit tho. Thats why we like there aint no beef cuz most of em dont really have no power or meanin behind it for the whole hip hop community. The only southern hip hop beef worth talkin about in my opinion is the TI vs Ludacris beef. And that aint even a real beef. Jay Z and Nas was a real beef, 50 cent vs Ja Rule was a real beef. The south aint like it used to be and the proof of that is Soulja Boy is one of the hottest things from the south right now. Its the truth. The south is just gettin exposed just like New York was and Cali was. They aint immune to this shit. Its happened to everyone else. Its the souths turn right now.
