i can imagine all the little ones trying to like this one. then realizing even THEY can’t.
i’m all for catchy pop rap, but this one has nothing annoyingly memorable.
the beat is too bare. and “donk” is a word that TRIED to make it’s way into rap vocabulary but failed years ago.

When I think of the song Donk, i imagine the video to have ass hitting the screen, but nope what i get is another version of crank that. Don’t make a song called she gotta donk, but then have men dancing, its very misleading to me.

Yo, I’ve seen better videos of gurls dancing to this song on youtube…They r supposed to have women dancing, I repeat WOMEN shaking their booty’s instead of sum niccas doing sum stupid a** dance,lol…Ice-t is so rite, Soulja boy is killin hip-hop with that gey ish…tell him 2 eat a dikk!!!

but, honestly, it’s just a dance track like a million other dance tracks. And Soulja Boy is not the only “dance track” artist whose career lasted one year, the phenomenon around him is more about HOW he became successful.
