I think that every orginization needs a spokes person. And Gangs are extreamly large orginizations are they not? You got hood niggas on Tv all the time talking about ‘we all just try to look out for each other around here ya know. Things like murder happen and all you can do is live with it.’ And 5 minets later the fool gets poped for being higher up in the ranks, by some gang trying to raise up.
