A Man Kills 2 People That Robbed His Neighbor’s House & Is Found Innocent Of Wrongdoing
A Texas man who shot and killed two men he suspected of burglarizing his neighbor’s home was cleared in the shootings Monday by a grand jury.
Horn called 911 and told the dispatcher he had a shotgun and was going to kill the men. The dispatcher pleaded with him not to go outside, but Horn confronted the men with a 12-gauge shotgun and shot both in the back.
Do you feel the shooting was justified? I don’t think people should lose thier lives for robbing a house and he should of kept his ass in the house and wait for the cops to come. He seemed way to eager on the phone to put the shotgun to use. I wouldn’t have sentenced him to murder but he should face some kind of legal trouble.

The neighbors were out of town and told the man too watch over their house while they were gone which could be interpeted as giving the man ownership of the house. In the state of Texas, you are allowed to use lethal force when a person breaks into your house and lives or possesions are threatened. So this was a “legal” murder.

All 3 parties were in the wrong. He should have listened to the dispatchers and stayed inside the house because he could’ve gotten killed, not the other way around and their dumbasses shouldn’t have been stealing–especially not in Texas. They’re quick to kill people down there! Either way, if they didn’t charge him with anything besides murder or some equivalent of it, of course he would’ve gotten off. What he did isn’t even manslaughter. Maybe negligent homicide or some lesser charge.

That happened right outside of Houston in Pasadena, and it’s all over the Houston news. Realtalk you said that you don’t think people should lose there life’s for robbing someone? How about if these guys got away with this and then robbed someone else the next day and then killed that person they robbed? I would want more neighbors like Joe Horn around me if you ask me. I don’t think they deserve to live if they have to resort in robbing people for a living.

All Bullshit! First, he protected himself when he stayed inside his home. Second, he protected his neighbors home when he called 911. Lastly, his neighbors didn’t tell him to watch over their house because he said if the house belonged to his other neighbors who he actually knew well, he would’ve done something (at that particular point).

This goes back to some shit I seen on the news when a dude shot a dude for stealing his car radio. Keep in my mind this was the third time this shit had happened. Oh, here we go…I knew it would be only a matter of time before this became a “racist” issue and Mr. Horn got called “whitie” (and other racist names). Yes, Mr. Horn happened to be white. Yes, he killed two CRIMINALS who were in the act of BREAKING THE LAW!!! (not to mention the fact that the were in our country ILLEGALLY to begin with…and, according to news sources, one of them had already been deported once for cocaine charges. Who the hell let that guy back in??) I’m a bit in the middle on this issue. It would be hard for me to “take sides” if pressed to do so. But, I do NOT think Mr. Horn should serve one second of jail time. I do believe in self-defense and in the castle laws, as they are called in Texas. I am sick and tired of criminals getting away with everything and being coddled and pampered by the media and by society. God forbid we upset and offend a CRIMINAL!!! Well, in my opinion, a person who chooses to break the law (as these two low-life losers did), does NOT deserve to have the same rights as the rest of us. They don’t deserve to be on the same playing field as the rest of us. Get shot and killed? Well, that’s extreme, but I believe Mr. Horn did what he needed to do in that situation. And, if it had been two lilly-white guys stealing from his neighbor, I am sure Mr. Horn would have done the exact same thing. Stop making everything about race!!
