Most people that are not from L.A are going to miss the point, but this song was about unifying rips and b-dogs. A couple of years ago it was wild in the streets between rips and b-dogs but it has calm down alot even though there are still killings going on there is a lot more unity and peace. In NY it seems to be a fad to gang bang but in the west it’s for real.
