WOW you guys are really stupid. I think its the materialistic culture of hip hop and black people that leads you to think anything conservative is cheap.
The budget for “300″ the movie, is very low yet that movie doesn’t look cheap at all. Truth is, an artist like Lil Wayne would have an almost limitless budget for anything he wants to do. This video is an artisic choice.
Its like saying Flashing Lights is the way it is because Kanye West is broke.

tha whole reason behind this video people is.. the fact that he was forced to create a visual for this song based on the response that he got from the people.
