nelly rides his beats nicely.

if you just look at how he constructs his verses, it’s clean.

but this one wasn’t as catchy as i would have liked it to be.

especially since ashanti had a no-nothing 3rd verse that contributed nothing to the song.

i think nelly isn’t as relevant as before cuz people are too used to bubble gum rappers having standout one liners in their verses like lil wayne

nellys verses are woven into his beats, while others try to have lines that pops out

Nelly’s first video was shorty what yo name is, then the next video was that wack ass where my party people at with that extra wack fergie. then he did that horrible video for the wack song step on my J’s. now he has done another passable video for this song with shanti called body on me.
