I like the Marvin Gaye cover the best!. I’m a big fan of Marvin Gaye and that brotha was cool. But the coolest brotha out there is and has always been Lenny Kravitz but for some reason he didn’t make the cover but I hope he’s on that list or else Ebony isn’t doing their job correclty.

Anyways,Richard Roundtree was the main dude during the blaxploitation era. For the first time in history we were allowed to do moveis where It was cool to be black in the movies and Shaft was the coolest of them all. Shaft was the definition of “cool” and took coolness to another level so obviously Richard “Shaft” Roundtree should definitely have been on one of the covers.
