“That’s my white boy I got answering the phone.” lol. and his head pops up at the end turning off the video.
Everybody loves Will Smith but that doesn’t mean every movie he does is good. There haven’t been many black super hero movies out back in the day or out in general I guess. But there are comic books and plenty of ‘black’ characters were created before Hancock. There’s Black Panther (one of the first and Snipes took too long to adapt it), War Machine (Can’t wait to see Terrence Howard become), Spawn (Wish they didn’t fuck the movie up), Blade (Likeable), Luke Cage, Current Nick Fury (Perfect for Samuel Jack).

whats the point of diddy doing these blogs. must not have nothin to do but how do u have a dog as a superhero and not have black person. but why do they have to make hancock a alochlic. why black ppl always play those parts.thats bullshit
I like Diddy. Regardless of all the illegitiment children, rapin’ rappers out they money, and all the pop rap, the n*gga is a proud black man and successful at the same time and that’s rare (to be both)…
I’m supporting my boy Will and goin to see Hancock later this week
Yea, yea, Hancock drinks, but I’m not goin judge cuz I haven’t seen the movie yet

Um, Diddy just feels like talking. There have been a couple of extremely prominent black super heroes - off the top the most prominent - Black Panther (introduced in 1966, so diddy should have grown up on him), and in the Marvel Universe he actually is the Ruler of the most technologically advanced civilization in the Marvel World.
There is Blade (1973), and as my man Ed(#4) stated theres Bishop (although modern, 1991) and from the DC comics world John Stewart (1971) who is not another rendition of Hal Jordan but his own character.
Now there are more recent modern day creations but the point is that although not as prevalent as spiderman and superman there have been a few black superheroes who where around during diddys time and now who we could look up to.
I know i spend way too much time reading comics. But most of this info had to be wiki’d
