This aint just start; its been ongoing thing, and their are others. I feel that she should be brought up on entrapment charges. She set him up. She has done it before and will do it again. Her father should be proud that Mr. Williams stepped to him to let him know the circumstances and what his child is doing; so he could fix it. But i dont think the father is going to do anything. I think this child has been abused or being abused. I need to understand how she is able to be out at all times of the night and no one really follow up on it. I think DHS should get involved to see what the real issues are. Cause something isn't right with the behavior that has been exhibited.
