Different artists have different styles that appeal to different people. The people he grew up with and people that grew up the same way and live in the same types of situations may feel that he brings a certain personality and image to the table that other artists can’t offer, therefore he still remains on boards and relavent to a certain genre of people. Personally i don’t delve to far into his lyrics and try to look for something that will affect me personally i just like him for what he does and the way he does it. You don’t put him in the same category as every other rapper, same with wayne, jay, etc. everybody does something different, minus the ones that try to copy others or can’t make up what style they want to swagger jack i.e. bow wow trying to be ti? lil wayne? hard? and so on. P.S. i hate Baby Bash.
