Nas - Black President Preview

Good move by Nas to get some buzz, I look forward to hearing the full track.

Got an email saying Nas & Green jacked the idea to sample Nas from artist/producer Christina K.

The song “Black President” was a concept conceived by artist/producer,
Christina K. It was originally for the upcoming Obama mixtape. Looks
like Green took her idea to sample Tupac’s vocal and decided to give
it to Nas. Here is the original version:

I got no idea if this is true.

First off, the Christina K version is wack. Sounds like Lil Mama on the track. Nas fits it properly.

the reason why it Nas album won’t sell more than the Carter 3 is because unfortunately today’s masses rather hear buffoonery over knowledge…. simple as that.. the true hip hop listeners will cop and support the albums will the rest of the public continue to be brainwashed as usual…

… your mans who sent you that email is retarded.
It’s basically the same beat but Green Lantern just added some extra drums to make it a little more hip hop to fit Nas’ style.

Nas does not have to compete with Lil Wayne, because he is SUPERIOR to him on all levels- including record sells!!!
Continue to HATE- while Nas continues to rebuid HIP-HOP to its fullest Glory!

My goodness are you Wayne and G-Unit people paid for this?

How could you even begin to compare Lil’ Wayne to N.A.S.? Children need to be schooled immediately, praising nonsense and throwing what makes sense. ::smh::

the sad thing today is today’s generation don’t want to learn their history. they are worried about what’s out now and they are not doing the research… Do your history on the culture before making reckless comments..
