Props to #23 on mentioning the Cool… Lupe’s albums Food & Liquor and The Cool should be considered modern day classics before you ever think to mention C3 (i promise i’m not hating) and i wish i thought the album was better for everyone of his fans sakes but at the end of the day if you strip down the beat and just read it lyrically Lil’ Wayne rarely say ish (he doesn’t make coherent thoughts and it isn’t something he can go recite at Def Poetry Jam). The game has changed TRUE but apparently so has our interpretation of real Hip Hop. A for-now good enough album sure (I love the Lollipop remix) but classic… HELL NAW!!!
