Wayne is the hottest right now. He’s the one ppl talk about and is exciting to see what his album is going to be like now after all the hype and his number 1 song Lollipop.

It’s not an all time list. It’s about who’s the HOTTEST rapper at the moment. And you don’t have to be the best lyrical MC in order to be the “Hottest” at the moment. Still there will be a lot of fans in this thread that don’t understand that and are going to start listing everybody from Krs-One and 2pac to Rakim..etc. I’m not a big fan of Lil wayne but that brotha is everywhere right now. He’s IMO the hottest MC at the moment. As far as being lyrical he has nothing on someone like Immortal Technique for example but that doesn’t mean Immortal Technique is the hottest dude out there.

This list will include most of the same from last year with the addition of Rick Ross, Souja Boy, and hopefully Fab or Lupe.

Lil wayne promo was old, I think they recordered it right when they interviewed him right after he one the award last year and just shot the promo at the same time, thus why he is not high
