what they basing this list on, but actually the list makes a lil sense b-cuz theres a difference between hot and best or greatest. to be hot is really based on the more popular artist but as far as the best or greatest thats a whole other ball game, in that list lyrics, flow, poise, swagger, (and accomplishments i guess) really weigh in, not that who can make a hit records or sale the most, and u might need an album to back u up…maybe.

Why are people shocked that Jay & Kanye is higher than Wayne. I think Wayne is the hottest MC from the south, dont get it fucked up. But dont act like When it comes to ALBUMS that Lil Wayne is on their level. American Gangster and The Graduation shits on any album Lil Wayne has put out to date.
