An MTV T.I. Reality Series Is In The Works

Cabler will follow the hip-hop star as he performs more than 1,000 of community service before beginning to serve his one-year prison sentence next spring. Shooting will start in earnest this summer, leading up to his return to jail in early 2009. MTV plans to air the show some time soon after that.

Full Story: Variety

I’m sure this will give T.I. even more positive PR and he will be a saint by the time he gets out of jail. Must be crazy to know you got a year of jail waiting for you no matter what you do.

MTV also has a preview of T.I.’s next album, “Paper Trail.”

i dont care how he cut that deal, or how stupid of a mistake he made to get caught in the first place.
i like his music and wish him the best

    but with that being said
i dont agree with him goin to mentor troubled youths and speaking with children. in this day and age all kids have access to news and blogs, and they know exactly what he did, and that he’s getting away with it. if he goes to school and kids start to think they can also get lucky like him, they will be sadly mistaken, i would rather a person that did the crime and got hit wit 30yrs talkin to kids cuz then the kids would see they people famous or not actually have to pay the consequences for their actions, TI would only give them hope that they could get off easy and they wont
thats just the way i see it atleast
