But that’s what makes it hard. Despite all the hard work that real MC’s put into their music, they don’t get widespread support for it. I don’t blame Jean Grae for wanting to retire cuz after a while it just gets frustrating but if she really does it for the love of music she nees to stay in the game. She only 31 years old. There’s plenty of time to get attention for her work. Rappers like Saigon, AZ, Jean Grae, Talib Kweli and Common all fit the category. Especilly the first three but I hope these MC’s know that people enjoy the music they put out.
