the fact that i’m only number 7 on this post says so much about where the mentality, creativity and soul of hip hop is today. But you know what, if hip hop is to survive as anything other than American pop music, this is a great example of the direction it needs to take. This is an amazing video for too many reasons. like dude in Fight Club said
“we have no great war… ours is a spiritual war.”

Amazing song! I’ve had it on repeat all day. Cee-Lo is one of the greatest vocalists of all time and although I don’t like ‘the odd couple’ as much as i liked ’st. elsewhere’ it’s definitely more experimental which is commendable.
