MTV About To Drop Another Top 10 MCs List(List Debuts Tonight @ 10 PM)

MTV’s 2008 Hottest Top 10 MCs

1. Kanye West
2. Jay-Z
3. Lil Wayne
4. Rick Ross
5. 50 Cent
6. Snoop Dogg
7. Lupe Fiasco
8. Young Jeezy
9. Andre 3000
10. T.I.

Real Talk how could Soulja Boy not be on this list when he was one of the most popular MCs for the year and broke records with ringtone sales. No matter how much you might hate him, how could Andre 3000 be considered the, “hotter,” MC over the last year? The top 5 is solid but I don’t know how Rick Ross is higher than 50 Cent. Also I would put Lupe over Snoop Dogg.

    hottest right now, either lil’ wayne cuz hes on every feature OR kanye cuz of the year he has had, beating 50, putting out a classic album, winning awards, and gettin more than 2 singles from def jam LOL. kanye is on his 5th single off dat album and all of those singles have gone to #1 PLUS every video ‘ye puts out is like a work of art. then again HOV came out and put out another classic album with AG so to me id have….
