Jay-Z & Mary J. Blige Heart Of The City Tour

Even though I’m not in NY I still got people holding me down. I got sent some clips of the Jay-Z & Mary J. Blige,  “Heart Of The City Tour,”  from Madison Square Garden last night. The show looked hot, I heard Mary J. Blige was going wild on stage like she didn’t have another show to do today. Method Man made a guest appearance for, “All I Need.” Jay-Z killed the Garden as usual and Beyonce came out to do a quick booty shake. Jay-Z also declared his support for Obama and brought out Memphis Bleek.

Props to Jason

Show was great in PHOENIX… Seemed like Jay’s set goes by really fast.. Mary is up there longer than jay which seems suprising.

LOL… nope, he brings him out on every tour stop including in Phoenix…

I caught the show in ATL I don’t think no city was
liver than ATL. We had all the stars there walking
around like you & I then Mary was all down on her knees.
When they played “Not gone cry” & she put that black lip-
stick on, it was a rap. Ya boy Hov I just think I’m his
biggest fan. He killed it. I paid for a seat but never
sat down. All I could scream was Hovy’s home. I think every
body in there knew all his songs word 4 word he started them
we finished them.

I loved the show when I saw it. It was worth every penny. I WAS EXTREMELY ENTERTAINED! Although my city didn’t have Beyonce or Method Man…It was still CRAZY! Mary and Jay are the last of a truly dieing breed!

I was at the concert last night at MSG and came in from out of town just for the show. I NEVER saw anything like that accept during a Michael Jackson concert (yes I am old) The crowd knew every lyrics. But what I found quite amusing is the guys were all trying to be cool sitting back when Mary was on but when Jay hit the stage the coolest of the cool brothers lost their minds they were out of their seats flashing the Jay-Z hand sign and rocking out. EXCELLENT SHOW

Real talk I LOVED the show and although I know the set didn’t cvhange night to night…I’m glad I caught the last show of the tour. This was my first Jigga show or Mary show, even though I’ve been fans since 92 and 95 respectively. I’m used to seeing The Grateful Dead at MSG, big rock shows. I’ve seen my share of hip hop shows but Jay and Mary was just out of this world. I’m neither a young head or old head, I’m 30 and I was pleased to hear Jay bust our FEELIN IT and CAN I LIVE for the younger crowd that grew up on Jeezy and Wayen n them.
