co-sign # 3. Steven Hill doesnt like 50 for some reason. When you have a network that artist use as a platform for exposure it should be no bias. Thats like 50 only putting g-unit shit on his site. Or RTNY only putting shit from NY on here. It wouldnt be as popular. I cant wait for the day niggas boycott BET. That should be on Obama’s top 10 things do list once in office.

It amazes me how Lil Wayne is nominated along with other people that put albums out when he doesn’t even have one out himself.
Why is Danity Kane nominated with rappers? Danity Kane is a female singing pop group. Day26 only put one single out which is “Got Me Going” and you’re telling me BET feels as though they need to be recognized as Best Group?! They haven’t even gone on tour yet. They’re still playing at the local spots in NYC.
I don’t know about all the niggas in here but I know I watch Grey’s Anatomy. Chandra Wilson is a television actress. Why is she nominated with women who in the majority do films? Thats messed up because there’s not one television actor in the male category.
I feel bad for my girl Eve. Shortti had her album pushed back a couple of times and it still was an atrocious album but they gave her a nomination anyway. That just means they pity her and there is a lack of female rappers.
Who the fuck is Kid Sister? I only seen one video of hers and it was that wack ass nails video featuring Kanye West.
BET needs to just shove this awards show down the toilet and just have performances throughout for 2 hours instead. It doesn’t have any merit really. If Halle Berry was a singer also and she didn’t win anything related to music BUT a BET award, you wouldn’t hear her name being annouced “BET Award Winner Halle Berry…”fuck outta here. If it aint a Grammy or at least a Tony (Broadway) then it doesn’t really have any significance to it. Its just like the Soul Train Awards.
