I was never a huge Jay fan. But wayne is exciting simply because he’s evolving as an artist. jay is an amazing lyricist but he never really pushed the envelope or gave his heart and soul on the mic.
Personally i wanna see artists who challenge the genre as a whole and I think that’s why people like Wayne and have high hopes for his future, because he takes hip hop by the reins and takes it anywhere he wants to go.

I think lil wayne album will sell i think it will go gold first week which is not bad. I mean i haven’t seen a rap artist go gold first week since the 50 and kanye battle. But i think lil wayne album will be next to go gold first. I would say plat being that lil wayne has alot of buzz going on plus the promotion including the numbers of bloggers who are on here consistently commenting on lil wayne ft jay-z joint. I think his album will go gold and sell pretty decent number at the end. And like i said i would actually say that his album will go plat first week. But then again his album ain’t all that talented and creative to the point where it will go plat or should go plat first week. i mean iv heard better album then lil wayne album that never went plat first week so at this point i think it will be an obvious fact that his album will probably go gold. And if not then i guess it will probably sell 200k to 300k. But i ain’teven gonna judge being that he put in lot of hard work toward the album.
