Wow….the main story is the Trust Fund for Sean Bell’s children….Thats a really good look…we gotta support his family and do charitable things rather than try retaliate with violence…We can definitely protest, but killing cops will not be the move at all lol.

First off let me say props to Jay for closing this deal.

But… How does it feel to be milking your loyal base with a high ticket price of $350.00 per seat????

This tour IS NOT SELLING OUT EVERYWHERE. If you go on ticketmaster.com there are TONS of tickets left for all of his shows. A publicist will say just about anything, and give him credit Jay’s are the best in the business.

As an example of how the tour is dissapointing resale wise. In Boston, where I attended the show — People were being upgraded to better locations upon entering the arena. When I asked a security garden why?? He said because the show was HEAVILY UNDERSOLD. Now I wonder why. Maybe because the bulk of your fan base. You know 18-40 or so do not have that kind of paper. Nor will they if you demand such high prices.

The Rolling Stones raised the bar a few years ago when they started charging $300 and up for primo seats. Keep in mind the bulk of their fan base are Baby Boomers. AkA Old People with paper for days!!!!

I’m not hating on your game. But I think there are dozens of other ways to get you to a billion. And high ticket prices is not one of them.

Weldone to jay for getting such a great deal but to be honest with you live nation are going to regret this big time i would never invest all that money for a 40+ rapper maybe a 40+ legendry rock star but not a 40+ year old rapper this is bad and he isnt that good at filling up seats in concerts this is bad investment but congratulations to jay z for gettin the deal lucky bastard LOL

@ #10 (Boogz) I’m still a critic… sounds like a pay off to me! What do you think sean bells kid would rather have the peace of mind knowin they can move around freely in this country of being rich and still havin to duck 50 shots in the future?

I guess its somethin but we don’t want nothin but a lil attention f freedom equality and all that other b.s. we jus was a lil shine… put a monkey on stage and let’em go wild!

p.s. live nation ain’t losin sh!T they bout to eat off of everything jay do NOT VICE VERSA! he’s lookin like a front man again!

Why is it that niggas can’t respect this man for setting up a trust fund for Sean Bell’s children instead of talking shit (that ya’ll clearly don’t understand) about this Live Nation deal? This is some sad shit, for real!

Sean Bell, Biggie/Tupac, Mr. Shabazz/Martin, Emmitt Till, The men of the tuskege Experiment…

as a black man in this day and age choose how you wanna go… it’ll most likely be in a manner similar to one of the above! Being a black man = being a victim in this society as far back as I can see regardless of finances and other variables!

@ 2cents… I understand what your saying and respect it, however i think what is so Great here is that ppl were just saying that these ppl who has had a chance to make a bunch of money (RAPPERS) should step up and show support. People always saying what Jay-z dont do for some reason. What other RAPPER has stepped up. YOU DONT HAVE TO LIKE JAY BUT YOU SHOULD RESPECT HIM. As far as his deal goes with LN nobody really knows what going on. we are just pple who come to this site and ASSUME and give opinions.

LETS TRY FOR ONE DAY TO NOT ARGUE AND DISRESPECT ONE ANOTHER.
