The biggest platform rappers have is in their music. 90% talk a big game about effecting change in the black community but their music is still hoes, guns, drugs and money. Banner is active in the community, granted, but unless he’s using the art, caus that’s the only reason he has a platform in the frist place, then ain’t nothing special about him.
I have a lot of respect for David Banner & he is so underrated as a rapper. He’s so honest and cites a lot of truths. He better get that paper like Jim Jones said. Now is the time considering the lackluster CD sales.
