Stop The Madness: 5-10 Seconds Gets A Man Years In Jail

The state’s(Maryland) highest court ruled yesterday that a man can be charged with rape if he ignores a woman’s calls to stop – even if she had previously consented to sex.

“[So] are you going to let me hit it?” he said, according to police. “I don’t want to rape you.”

The victim testified in Montgomery County court that she agreed to sex “as long as he stops when I tell him to.” As he(Baby) began, she told him to stop because he was hurting her, but he kept going for five or 10 seconds, she said.

Baby denied any wrongdoing but was convicted of first-degree rape and other crimes and sentenced to 15 years in prison, with all but five suspended.

This kid got charged with first degree rape over 5-10 seconds of sex after she said to stop. Even though she consented to initiate sex and he did comply after a very short delay, the man faces years in jail. So basically any bitter female can scream rape on any men and it would be very hard to prove he didn’t do it. She can say he kept going for 2 seconds and he could face 15 years in jail. Do men have to start taping there love sessions to avoid accusations like this? Do ladies have to sign a release contract before things get poppin?

    Damn thats fucked up that she agreed to have sex then told me to stop during sex and he carried of for 10 seconds longer. Thats fucked up she’s basically ruined his life with him carrying on 10 seconds longer.

    Wait that was on appeal, in the supreme court too. What the fuck! That ain’t right. A girl has the right to take consent away after you put you dick in – but damn sure ain’t rape if you don’t pull out in less that 10 seconds.
